Return Eligibility
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Personal care, hygiene, or customized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process

  • Share your order ID and reason for return
  • Our team will guide you through the pickup or return instructions

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.


Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
